This workshop explores the practice of “Gesture of Awareness,” and supports further understanding of how the spiritual path can unfold through the body—whether in movement or at rest, much like meditation on the nature of thoughts.

Prices for 14 days. This includes 3 meals a day. (This price may be revised depending on the international situation and the cost of fuel.)

Unfortunately, La Finca Paradiso has recently decided to stop hosting international groups after 2026 and is no longer available. However, we have found a magnificent alternative in western France, in Brittany.
